S-Express Phillipina 2006 disusun olehAlexis A. Tioseco, sebagai karya-karya yang representatif dari keberadaan film pendek di Phillipina pada tahun 2006. Program ini sudah pernah dipertunjukan kepada publik Indonesia pada event 8th JiFFest 2006 yang baru lalu di Jakarta, selain juga di negara-negara Asia Tenggara yang terlibat.

S-Express adalah sebuah kegiatan pertukaran dan eksibisi film pendek antar negara yang diprakarsai oleh Yuni Hadi (Substation, Singapore), Amir Muhammad (Malaysian Shorts), dan Chalida Uabumrungjit (Thai Film Foundation) pada tahun 2002 dan sejak tahun 2004 Minikino ikut serta untuk memprogram bagian film pendek Indonesia. Pada tahun 2005, S-Express mengalami penambahan program, yaitu dari Filipina (yang diprogram oleh Alexis A. Tioseco) dan dari Cina (yang diprogram oleh Maggie Lee).
